Timberframe patio roof - volunteer opportunity       Dates TBD      Oak Grove, OR

This is the year for me to upgrade my patio cover to a proper roof. I'm waiting until dates for professional commitments have solidified before I post dates for my own project.

This year the Coronavirus has prevented large workshops. Most of my work this year has been contracting and design where physical distancing is possible. As fall approaches my focus is shifting to teaching ceramics at Pacific University. There are a couple possibilities for local volunteer work and I'll update opportunities here as the season progresses and details solidify. Please check back here occasionally or  send me a note or friend me on Facebook to receive updates.  Please note your work party interest in the friend request.   Stay tuned, in the mean time consider one of the following.

Oven build in SE Portland              August 21 - 24                   Portland, OR

Friends will be building an earthen oven in their back yard and will likely be up for some volunteer assistance. The Coronavirus pandemic will inform how many people we can accommodate. The oven completion pizza party will likely need to wait until making food together has less risk involved.
